Vegan for more than eight years, Rick Holland is the founder and director of Confident Philanthropy, working globally to change the way we think about giving and connecting. Beginning his career in America. Rick has led income generating efforts at social change, animal rights, and other organisations in the USA, Europe, and beyond, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to build relationships with key individual donors, investors, businesses, and volunteers.

Rick was awarded the CFRE credential in 2005, and he has contributed to Third Sector, ArtsProfessional, the Morning Call and Medium among other publications, and has appeared on TV and radio, including KOAT, KOB, Anglia TV, and BBC Radio, and he's presented at international symposia discussing two of his great passions: building relationships, and the Beatles.

Rick Holland is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and Mensa.
