Tahini Sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix with a whisk or fork until blended.
Taste and add more lemon juice if you want a slightly thinner sauce.
To Store
Tahini sauce keeps in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Ingredients
¼ cup tahini
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons nondairy milk
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
